Excellence By Design Education Center nonprofit and Cummings Recreation Center would like to invite you and your organization to our upcoming event. Back 2 School Event will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018 (10am-3:00pm) located at 2976 Cummings Street, Dallas, Texas 75216. Our Major Goal for the 'Back 2 School' is to bring resource to the community. Come advertise and showcase your business. There will be several community, schools, families, businesses, organizations, and companies coming together to support each-other. There will also be a Live Entertainment (singing, steppers, speakers, etc), games, prizes and several workshops.


Our mission is to empower children and youth to transform their lives by: providing educational programs and outreach services after school, between school and during the summer, that address educational, social, cultural, and economic needs of underserved children and youth and their families.


We have a 'SPECIAL' on vendor booths if you apply for a vendor booth now and ‘SPECIAL’ on vendor booths are $25 until September 7, 2018 and it goes back to regular price $100 Vendor Booth September 8, 2018. Be sure to call ASAP to reserved your spot for a vendor booth (space is limited). Get ready to expand into a whole new market as you take part in the Back 2 School event. Vendors: All promotions, booths and display must be manned during ALL scheduled hours of the event. Cummings Recreation Center will supply the table/chair ONLY and You will supply your own extension cords, decorations, etc and this is an Inside/Outside Event.   Event Start: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Setup date/time: Saturday, September 15, 2018 and 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Tear down Time: 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Vendor Rules: All storage boxes and display tools must be hidden from view under the table or removed.  No Refund. *Inside/Outside Vendor Booths
