The Donation Funds -for the School Supplies (Backpacks, Notebook Papers, Folders, etc) & Anti-Bullying items:
(The Anti-Bully Books & Anti-Bullying T-Shirts) will be donated to the children at the Anti-Bullying Rally.
Anti-Bullying Teen Rough-Ing organization nonprofit would like to invite you and your organization to our upcoming event.
Anti-Bullying Rally will be held Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019 (11am-3:00pm) located at American Celebrations Event Center, 921 W. Beltline Road, Suite 110, DeSoto TX 75115. Our Major Goal for the 'Anti-Bullying Rally' is to bring awareness to bullying.
Come advertise and showcase your business. There will be several community, schools, families, businesses, organizations, and companies coming together to support each-other. There will also be a Live Entertainment (singing, steppers, rapping, etc), games, prizes, etc.
We have a 'SPECIAL' on free advertise if you apply for a vendor booth now, you get free advertising on Social Media (Eblast, Facebook, etc) and Deadline May 30, 2019 to get the special. Get ready to expand into a whole new market as you take part in the Anti-Bullying Rally. To be a vendor pay online and Deadline Aug. 10, 2019.
Anti-Bullying Teen Rough-Ing, to provide awareness about Bullying and the resources available to the community for at-risk children in the Metroplex Community area.
Our Mission is to provide educational programs, bullying awareness, prevention and intervention programs, social skills cultural, and domestic violence programs and to have resources available to the community for underserved at-risk children and their families in the Dallas-Fort Worth Community and the vendor donation will help us to continue to provide Anti-Bullying Rallies and Programs, servicing. Some examples: ISD Schools (Sarah Zumwalt Middle School, Rufus C. Burleson Elementary School, etc), Recreation Centers (Cummings Recreation Center, Mattie Nash Recreation Center, etc).
Vendors: All promotions, booths and display must be manned during ALL scheduled hours of the event. American Celebrations Event Center will supply the table/chair ONLY and You will supply your own extension cords, decorations, etc.
Event Start: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Setup date/time: Saturday, August 31, 2019 and 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Tear down Time: 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Vendor Rules: All storage boxes and display tools must be hidden from view under the table or removed. No Refund.
Anti-Bullying Teen Rough-Ing organization or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the Anti-Bullying Rally.
